Industrial Laminating Resin

ADR250 LAMINATING AND INFUSION EPOXY RESIN

A low viscosity epoxy resin formulated for the use with the ADH range of hardeners, to cure at room temperature or low temperature applications in fibre composite boat construction.

The reduction in viscosity is a significant aid both to Impregnation machine operation and hand lamination.

Available in 4 kg, 20 kg, 200 kg

Industrial Laminating Resin

ADR230 – KLEARKAST RESIN

ADR230 was designed as a deep pouring resin and specifically formulated for use with ADH230. ADR230 cures at ambient temperatures with a low exotherm and long open time. It contains a low level of blue pigment to combat yellowing with age. Pourable up to 40mm.

TP60 CASTING RESIN

A medium low viscosity room temperature resin with good electrical and physical properties. Its cure rate suits it to larger cable joints and castings and back-fills. TP60 has good resilience, low shrinkage and low exotherm. Commonly used with mineral fillers, and may be used to extend TP60 to almost double its volume for optimum economics. Designed for use wit HP60 Hardener. Available in a thixed variant.

TP33 ELECTRICAL COATING EPOXY

A low viscosity 100% reactive room temperature curing resin with outstanding electrical properties. It finds use in electrical coating, small casting applications, and may be modified extensively with the Adhesive Tech range of 20 litre and 5 litre powders. Designed for use with HP33 Hardener.

Chocking Resin

ADR295 EZ CHOCK

A low-exotherm bedding resin, this is a filled system designed for high-load engine and rudder shaft bedding, machinery bedding or high compressive requirement solutions. Designed for use with ADH295 Hardener (see page 12 of the catalogue).

Available in 20Kg and 3Kg Kit.

ADR231 MAST CHOCK

An easy to use, castable deck chock system which replaces the wedges or plastic block normally used to position yacht masts at deck level. Consisting of two pre-measured pots of liquid plastic, ADR231 Mast Chock is poured into the gap between mast and partners and then left to cure. The resulting chock is a slightly flexible, but permanent chock which can be re-used if the mast is removed.

Available in 2 Litre

Wooden Beam Construction
