Foam Core sheets, if not in stock, typically take less than a week to cut and sand or perforate to process.

PVC FOAM

PVC Foams come in plain, contoured for tighter radius’s or perforated for air and resin transfer in PF1 or PF2.

M FOAM

M Foam has been developed to deliver one product for all marine applications. It provides a combination of high shear strength with low density, high elongation, high-temperature resistance, and low resin uptake. M Foam is a perfect choice whether your application is slamming area or superstructure, hull or deck, using hand lamination, infusion or prepreg.

PET FOAM

PET Foam is sustainable – up to 100% recycled PET – and recyclable. It has good compressive strength and stiffness with superior thermal insulation and water resistance. Low resin uptake and excellent machining while combining good insulation properties. Suitable for a wide range of applications and composite manufacturing techniques.
