High-Performance, Toughened Epoxy Resins
HPR5 HIGH-PEEL, HIGH-IMPACT EPOXY RESIN
A high viscosity amber coloured, room temperature curing resin which offers a 30-fold increase in peel strength by comparison with conventional epoxies when used as an adhesive. Its properties make it the strongest adhesive available for shock critical applications, such as metal bonding. It forms castings with high toughness and resistance to thermal. It finds use in fibre composites where toughness is a primary requirement. Also available in black.
HPR20 TOUGHENED LAMINATING RESIN
Has a medium viscosity and a degree of rubbertoughening. This allows it’s to be used in secondary bonding applications.
Specialist Epoxy Resins
ADR295 EZ CHOCK, LOW-EXOTHERM GROUTING AND BEDDING RESIN
A low-exotherm bedding resin. This is a filled system designed for high-load engine and rudder shaft bedding. Machinery bedding or high compressive requirement solutions. Designed for use with ADH295 hardener.
EPOXY GELCOAT
Available pigmented in black or white. This gelcoat is typically cured with ADH25, 26 or 28.

HIGH TEMPERATURE EPOXY GELCOAT
Used to produce a mildly conductive layer in high temperature applications, such as in the manufacture of high temperature moulds.

FOAMING EPOXY SYSTEM
Foaming Epoxy System is a three-component system of resin, hardener and foaming agent. It has been specifically designed this way so the end-user has complete control of the cell structure and therefore density.
ADR240 SERIES EPOXY RESIN
A unique system used in the manufacture of pre-preg for current “state of the art” high performance composite construction. The main hardener, ADH341, offers potlives up to 24 hours, working times of up to 72 hours and requires curing temperatures in excess of 50ºC under vacuum.
ADR240 is also available as a gel (ADR240GEL), in a toughened variety (ADR240TG), and as a low density coring paste (ADR240Coresplice).

HPR25, HIGH-PEEL, TOUGHENED, NON-SLUMPING EPOXY ADHESIVE
A pre-filled glue designed to cure at room temperature and produce a high strength bond with exceptional peel properties. HPR25 system was developed specifically for the structural bonding of aluminium alloys and composite structures. The system exceeds the requirements pertaining to ASTM D1002; which are called for in certain military applications. The standard HPR25B hardener is available in black or white. A low viscosity variant of the hardener is available (HPR25BLV).
RAPID CURE RESIN
Designed for use with Rapid Cure Hardener as an ultrafast curing resin giving a gel-time of 4 – 5 minutes and handling strength in 10 – 15 minutes. It is suitable for joinery and a wide variety of industrial and home applications. May be modified with powders to make fast setting fillers.
HIGH TEMP EPOXY RESIN – TECHNIREZ R2600
A solvent free, liquid epoxy system specifically formulated for use with H2403 or H2409 hardeners to provide excellent high temperature thermal performance after post cure. Suitable for casting, laminating and infusion. Available with a slow (2409) or medium (2403) hardener.
Typical applications include the casting and laminating of jigs and tools that will be used in high temperature applications, such as pre-preg moulds and vacuum forming tools.

FIRE RETARDANT EPOXY RESIN – TECHNIREZ R2200
A solvent free, fire-retardant epoxy resin specifically formulated for use with hardeners to cure at room temperature to provide a fire-retardant coating. Available with a slow (2409) or medium (2403) hardener.

TECHNIGLUE PARTS A & B
A pre-thickened general purpose epoxy resin glue. Techniglue will form a strong, permanent, waterproof bond to a variety of substrates and is suitable for bonding structural elements fabricated from wood, concrete, fibreglass, stone and marble, pottery, metal (ferrous and non ferrous) and some plastics.
Techniglue comes in a 2:1 and a 4:1 variety. Please enquire.
ADR450 – TIMBER SEALER
ADR450, when used with ADH450 hardener, is a solvent based epoxy coating designed to seal timber before coating in interior or exterior applications. Minimises wood movement and moisture ingress.
