ADR240 is a low to medium viscosity epoxy resin specifically formulated for the use with the ADH range of hardeners to cure at room temperature with minimal postcure requirements.
ADR240 has excellent mechanical properties and is well suited to hand lamination and coating applications. Typically used with ADH26, ADH28, ADH160.
A high temp performance epoxy with low viscosity, able to be either hand laminated or infused if required. It is commonly used for high temp epoxy moulds and is typically used with ADH182, ADH140 and ADH28.
Developed for use in higher performance composite construction where only low post cure temperatures are applicable. It is formulated to offer optimum air release and fibre wetting characteristics. Also available in a gel, a thixed variant (ADR246TX) and as a toughened variant (ADR246TG).
ADR246TX contains special thixotropic agents which eliminates sag of resin from vertical surfaces. This has often been a serious problem when relatively high resin contents are applied with slow curing resins. ADR246TG is a toughened variant offering significant better impact and peel resistance.
Available in 1 kg, 4 kg, 20 kg, 200 kg (GEL) 20 kg (TX, TG) 4 kg, 20 kg, 200 kg (TG-GEL) 20 kg
ADR270 TOUGHENED LAMINATING AND INFUSION EPOXY RESIN
A moderate open time epoxy (mid way in pot life and working time between ADR246 and WEST SYSTEM brand epoxy), toughened laminating system where the laminate requires resistance to peel and impact with only a moderate requirement for post cure.
A moderate open time laminating epoxy (mid way in pot life and working time between ADR246 and WEST SYSTEM brand epoxy). It is thixed to reduce sag and requires only a low post cure.
A solvent free extremely low viscosity hardener designed to be used with ADR247. This specialty hardener is used when a high degree of flexibility is required. Post cures are recommended to ensure adequate mechanical properties are achieved.
Typical applications: parts requiring high elongation, trim tabs.
